- Noveno. Municipal de Medellin, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Gabriela Ines Herrera de Sanchez contra la Nueva E.P.S.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado Veinte Administrativo del Circuito de Medellin con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
